The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) positions you to be an integral part of the Siemens engineering team. Participants will have the opportunity to create new products, technologies, and applications, and drive the growth of Siemens as a Design Engineer, Development Engineer, or Test Engineer. ELDP program participants are full-time employees with full benefits. This program is crafted to help you create a successful career path within Siemens. The program is a 2-year program consisting of three 8-month rotations. Each rotation will be in a different role to quickly give a wider knowledge base to the business, processes, people, and products of Siemens LDA. Program start date is June 2023 Who Should Apply?
