FUNCION PRINCIPAL Asistir a los Ingenieros/Supervisores en la recolección de data, análisis y ejecución de proyectos, verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los procedimientos, mantener actualizadas las carpetas de su área y elaborar reportes varios FUNCIONES ESENCIALES 1. Elaborar reportes diarios. 2. Asegurarse del correcto funcionamiento del procedimiento de identificación de material en el proceso. 3. Soporte a los “Green Belt” en los proyectos de 6 sigma. 4. Hacer los estudios de tiempo y movimiento, MSA, Process Capability, etc. | 5. Asistencia en la preparación de Manloads y Análisis de Capacidad. 6. Análisis de Métodos de trabajo. 7. Soporte en la preparación de Análisis de 8D. 8. Soporte en la implementación y mantenimiento de las herramientas de Lean/ EQS/ MESH/PBA/PROLAUNCH. 9. Mantener actualizados las Instrucciones de Trabajo, Control Plans, PFMEA y Process Flow Diagram. 10. Soporte en los proyectos de Reducción de Costos. 11. Soporte en manejo y control de productos no conforme (SCRAP). 12. Hacer mediciones y reportar materiales que tienen medidas fuera de tolerancia Responsabilidades relacionadas con Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (EHS) 1. Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. 2. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/MESH. 3. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton. 4. El no-cumplimiento con los procedimientos de seguridad puede derivar en accidentes menores y/o lesiones dependiendo de las funciones Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Estudiante Universitario de la áreas de Ingeniería o Adm. Empresas con un mínimo de 120 créditos aprobados. Conocimientos básicos de inglés, intermedio deseables. Conocimientos intermedios de PC: Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) Conocimientos básicos de Minitab y Autocad deseable. Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en el área de manufactura y/o posiciones de soporte operativo.
