JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the daily engineering operations and ensures that all equipment are in good running condition.
• Receive and service work orders promptly according to standards.
• Ensures the efficient, economical and sound operation of equipment i.e. Chiller, Emergency Generators, Fire Pumps, Refrigeration, HVAC/Laundry, LPG, Water and the auxiliaries of these, among others

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and of working under pressure.
• Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years or more of  working experience in Engineering Repair and Maintenance, at least 2 years of which in the Hospitality Industry.
• Strong Engineering technical knowledge of FDAS, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of building Civil and Electrical repair and maintenance works, Fire protection and Plumbing systems.
