What you will be doing:

• As Engineering Manager, you will work with the Engineering Director to manage budget, preventive maintenance and energy conservation.
• Responsible for the maintenance of land and building property with special attention to security and asset protection.
• Assign and track status of daily task assigned to staff and contractors.
• Help increase guest and employee satisfaction through effective communication and training.

Your experience and skills include:

• Management of BMS systems
• Experience in the professional area of engineering and maintenance or related; technical training in HVAC-R / electrical / plumbing.
• Experience in personnel management to provide the best quality service to our staff.
