You will have deep understanding of the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program. You will manage projects where consistent decisions are made regarding the overall goals and objectives of significant programs or segments of the organization through all phases of the lifecycle. You will manage interdependencies and integrations among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. You will have decision making authority at the program level. You will exercise judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches. You will set direction for programs by determining and balancing the technical need vs business impact of project/program decisions and operates within the guardrails. You will be the key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally. You will oversee identification of tasks and research, dependencies, costs; communicates expectations to core team members. You will create / track / adjust the program schedule. You will assess risks and identify solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals. You will ensure that quality standards and budget constraints are met. You will ensure appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate. You will prioritize utilization of resources with other functions. You will influence business unit or cross organizational strategies relevant to program goals.

Qualifications

10+ years engineering management of one of the following: DE/DV/HW/SV and/or SW/FW Development. Experience in global program management. Leadership and sense of urgency to effectively drive teams and get results across the matrixed organizations in the program. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Knowledge in data center networking, ethernet, HW offload or acceleration and virtualization technologies is desired but not mandatory.
