The Custom Compute Group (XCC) within the Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics Group (AXG) is chartered with providing custom and differentiated silicon/platform solutions to our customers for emerging use-cases, in adjacent as well as new market segments. We are looking for a Silicon Design Verification Engineering Manager for our custom SoC projects.
The responsibilities are as follows:

• Set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
• Oversees definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC (System on a Chip) development.
• � Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates SoC design engineers to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Qualifications

Minimum skills and experience:
Must have a Bachelor's/Master's in Computer / Electrical Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of industry experience.

Your experience must be in the following:
- Leading front end pre-silicon design/verification engineering teams
- Leading and delivering successful high complexity products from design to PRQ with high quality and on schedule.

Additional qualifications/skills include:

• Experience in developing high quality validation plans, collecting and analyzing the test results and being able to debug the failures to RTL/gate/schematic level
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of either one or more of reuse methodologies like UVM.
• Work experience with at least one other verification aspect like Performance modeling, Formal verification, Gate Level verification, Emulation, etc. would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and utilities including Make, Perl, Python, etc. will be a bonus.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
