To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E Your main responsibilities: Manages schedules and budgets related to the design, integration and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and processes. Collaborates with other operations departments to define project specifications or procedures. Works with the project team to conduct the new product and manufacturing process validation during the trial-production phase. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout. Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished- product and process capabilities, establishing standards, confirming manufacturing processes. Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labour, and material related indicators, reviewing production schedules, estimating future requirements. Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends. Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures, requesting special service. Leads the engineering team to identify and solve critical technical problems. Works with customers as needed on quality issues and business development. Dedicated in the operational excellence for process/standards and continuous improvement especially in the phase of new products/process introduction and during mass production. Engages the organization to adapt or maintain a lean continuous improvement culture. Conducts implementation of a lean manufacturing system with the goal of making business more efficient and effective. Manages and facilitates process improvement in all areas with a focus on strategy execution, competitive improvement and innovation. Coordinates all Lean Manufacturing activities within the plant including kaizen events, A3 projects, and any other activity to improve lean efforts and ensure execution of transformation plan. Collaborates with leaders to execute Gemba walk process (Managing for Daily Improvement), utilizing and constantly improving the visual management on the shop floor and in the office areas. Drives all levels of employees to implement continuous improvement and eliminate flow inhibitors. Coaches and mentors toward a continuous improvement culture that fosters daily improvement involving all team members. Supports operations to establish and maintain standard work and continuous flow in all areas, including 5S and visual management. Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering. At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing and at least 5 years’ experience in coordinating a multidisciplinary Engineering team. Relevant experience in electronics 2 years. Relevant experiences with Lean production, Six Sigma, project management.
