1.Establish targets in areas such as equipment reliability and service standards and monitor or check the performance of all maintenance activities against these goals.

2.In charge of the plant and facilities maintenance to ensure they meet the requirement of "Good Manufacturing Practice".

3.Liaise with executives in other areas such as assembly and molding production to develop and implement maintenance strategies that will align with the organization's current and future business plans.

4.Oversee the overall maintenance budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending.

5.Monitor time lost due to equipment malfunctions; identify, research, and prepare recommendations on significant changes that need to be made to resources, procedures, systems, equipment, or technology.

6.Negotiate large or strategically important supplier and vendor contracts (for example constructing new facilities, installing new production lines) to secure terms that are in the organization’s best interest.

7.Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers and other professionals (for example, engineers) to ensure that maintenance activities meet established targets and standards.

8.Responsible for department safety management.

9.Other tasks assigned by Site Director.

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical engineering or relevant field.

2.At least five years related experience on the similar position in a MNC.

3.Good lean production knowledge, TPM experience is a must.

4.Proficient in non-standard automation equipment management.

5. Experience in factory reconstruction.

6.A good team leader and team player, good communication skills, be able to work under pressure.

7.Good command of English and PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
