Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of consultants ensuring the timely delivery of technical specifications for both tendering and construction purposes
• Responsible for overall E&M project management to meet the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues as well as scheduling requirements of the project.
• Manage the project issues from cash flow, progress monitoring, contractual to safety issues
• Liaise with client and consultant to deal with contract administration to smooth the project execution.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Service / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years experience from contractor side
• MHKIE or equivalent in Engineering discipline
• Solid experience in ASD, EMSD projects will be an advantage
