Collaborate with product & technology teams to deliver major initiatives that drive our customer growth 4. Guide engineering technical strategy and roadmaps 5. Commitment to high code quality and delivery requirements

1. Proven records of technical credentials, technical leadership 2. At least 5+ years leading or managing a developer team and at least 2.5+ years in the same organization 3. Proven records in coach and mentor team members in their professional development 4. Proven records in analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities 5. Proven records in dealing with difficult management situation and apply innovation idea in team 6. Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment 7.
