MISSION FOR THIS ROLE

Planning, leading, coordinating and controlling of a qualified, systematical, cost, quality and in time oriented making of order processing and machine localization under consideration of customer specific requirements and insurance of the defined standard-setting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Organization, coordination and supervising of the department incl. strategic and structural development of the staff
• Technical support and consulting of the other departments and technical initiating of product and process optimizations
• Coaching and developing the team to support all localization projects for all technical related questions
• Developing the engineering competences in China according to HQ strategy
• Cooperating with HQ to set up and optimize working processes and tools as well as engineering documents due to the improvement of efficiency, quality and internal relationship with all interfaces under consideration of the local customer needs and headquarter requirements
• Overall responsible for the team performance including capacity plan, costs and investments, etc; supporting the definition of personnel requirements, organization and recruitment of new personnel
• Follow up electrical engineering workflows, independent elaborate electrical SW or HW engineering according to machine varieties

IDEAL CANDIDATE PICTURE

• Bachelor’s degree or above and 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering
• Good engineering supervising or management experience
• Professional technical background in electrical engineering
• Experience in non-standard automation industry or automatic machinery
• Experience of electrical design and planning for non-standard system will be a plus
• Experience of Siemens PLC system will be a plus
• Fluent in English both writing and speaking, German is a plus
