This exciting role offers opportunity to: Team management, including development plan and execution, people managemnt and competency development New components/ suppliers RoHS/ Reach, SAP-EHSM and new regulations. Also include yearly update of RoHS/Reach if customer needs (ELX) Program management role to implement new software tools, Subject Matter Expert. E.g. SAP, ProPM, Jira, Enovia. Helps R&D teams to utilize software tools like Jama, Jira. Analyses efficiency of use of the software tools; making suggestions Identify issues and resolve with global resources (IT and others) Engineering work process management (ECR/ECN, PN approval etc.), identify and introduce new processes Best practices among the divisions/ global; identify and implement Training R&D teams on R&R on PROLaunch, PreLaunch, ETO activities DfSS/ DfR; training, support, improve adoption (e.g. T-review) Optimize the IP filing process; learning from each other (process only like how to create portfolio’s and manage them, not actual individual IP application) Support requirements from CoE team, set up related process. Support DFSS GB/BB certification, optimize ISO document which related with RD. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor or master degree with Electrical related major. More than 10 year experiences, mange at lest 5 peoples, has developed new product and program management experience. Knowledge of engineering IT system, like PLM (Enovia), SAP systems. Better to familiar with DFSS, and GP regulation and process. Good skill in English writing and speaking, good communication and coordination competency, can solve cross function problems. Yes!
