Objectives

In an objective of electrical motors design changes and industrialization, the Engineering Project Assistant will support the foreign team to communication with a mandarin speaking team. In the meantime, the Engineering Project assistant will help in the motor validation and industrialization.

在电机设计更新和产业化的目标下，工程项目助理将支持外国团队与中国团队进行交流。同时，工程项目助理将帮助电机的验证和产业化。

Main Activities

• Assist the General Manager in translation all kinds of technical issues and ensure smooth communication in the work. (This task is expected to last 3-6 months)
• Support the foreign team and local team in the technical discussion.
• Support the engineering team in product design change.
• Support engineering team for the validation of new solutions.
• Support samples coordination of the improved motor.
• Other task and responsibilities assigned by the manager.
• 协助总经理翻译各类技术问题，确保工作沟通顺畅。(预计3-6个月)
• 支持外方和本地团队进行技术讨论。

支持工程团队进行产品设计变更。

支持工程团队验证新的解决方案。

• 支持改进电机的样品协调。
• 经理交办的其他任务和职责。

Profile
Education : Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Experience : 3y experience in similar position (foreign company preferred). Experience in electrical industry preferred.
Experience in industrialization and project management is a plus.
Languages : Fluent in Mandarin. Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
IT skills : Being able to use Pack Office software.
Profile : Strong communication skills, analytical, structured, team player, professional attitude, hardworking, leadership ability.
Working days: 6 working days is requested per week.
