Job Description

Department Management

  • Accountable that the department organization is being built and developed in accordance with the bigger organizations evolvement.
  • Build, lead and motivate the team to achieve goals.
  • Plan and implement annual manpower budget, investment budget and overhead cost budget for assigned area of responsibility in line with company goals.
  • Recruit, select, train, appraise performance, and administer wages and salaries of reporting employees; determine assignments and changes employee status in accordance with company policy.
  • Accountable that the given resources are used in a correct way and that they always are in good condition.
  • Optimize the running economy, initiate improvements, cost-saving activities and increased productivity/ work efficiency.
  • Initiate & participate in projects related to improvements of quality development, effectiveness and knowledge.

SHE & Security

  • As a Site Leadership Team member of AZ Taizhou Supply Site, I have overall SHE responsibility for ensuring the adequacy and administration of SHE policies and procedures. Specific responsibilities include as below:
  • A clearly defined, communicated and documented allocation of roles and responsibilities between site and functional line management.
  • Local SHE management processes that meet the requirements of AZ SHE Policy.
  • Systems that identify, monitor and ensure compliance with AZ SHE Policy and all our legal requirements, including defining who is locally accountable for ensuring compliance.

Plant Utility

  • Be responsible for utility supply to the whole plant
  • Ensure reliable supply of ventilation (clean air), electricity, compressed air, purified water, process exhausting, chilled water, steam, etc. at the right specification

Facility Maintenance and Admin service

  • Be responsible for maintenance of all facilities and equipment of utility system.
  • Develop and implement an effective maintenance management program.
  • Review and approve all maintenance plans and procedures.
  • Keep appropriate engineering standards and technical advances in the area.
  • Manage contracted plant maintenance.
  • Manage the building maintenance work of the whole plant.
  • Manage all the admin service e.g. gardening, cleaning, catering service, shuttle bus service and etc.

Compliance

  • Ensure sufficiently trained resources with adequate product and process knowledge for execution of GMP/GDP obligations and on-going professional development to maintain proficiency.
  • Ensure continuing suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system, product quality and GMP/GDP compliance through participation in management reviews and through advocating continual improvement.
  • Regulate and control all the activities of the department to ensure the compliance to GMP, engineering codes, fire work regulation, environmental regulation, security regulation, etc.
  • Review and submit regular report to local regulatory authorities, e.g. Fire-fighting Bureau, Power Supply Bureau, etc.
  • Ensure any observations during internal or external inspection and audit are corrected in time and reported where needed.

Regulatory Compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering field
  • 10+ years’ experience in engineering field with 5+ years’ experience in management position
  • Good leadership, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Fluent English
  • Good computer skill
