Purpose of role:

? Ensure projects in line with legal requirement and company HSSE requirement.

Maintain plant facility comply to group standards, regulations, laws and rules.

? Be responsible for plant project management to ensure project to be completed on time in full with highly quality and within budget.

? Act as project management specialist in the process, modification and projects to provide support for project evaluation and implementation.

Job Responsibility:

? Responsible for HSSE in plant projects activities and fully compliance to BP / Castrol HSSE standards.

? To act as project management specialist in operation and modification.

? Support plant to achieve annual production plan.

? To develop plant Capex project rolling plan and prioritize to ensure requirement from all stakeholders are on tracking, and can be implemented based on priority by following Capex management process.

? To coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all approved project can be implemented and completed on schedule, highly quality and within budget

? Responsible for all BP Integrity management requirements as a technical authority or support to plant engineering authority for process safety and technical support.

? To develop project management procedures/WI/SOP according to the department function and objectives.

? To cooperate with maintenance team to innovate and drive utility utilization saving initiatives at plant for energy savings and to reduce cost.

? Continually improve mindset to improve equipment efficiency with cost effective manner.

? Be responsible for 3rd party contractor management by following BP contractor management process.

? Promote TPM mindset at maintenance and production team to ensure equipment reliability and integrity.

? Participate with quality, environmental and HSSE internal audit as needed.

Key challenges faced on the role:

? Lot of stakeholders including internal and external need to be managed.

? Continually improve mindset to improve equipment efficiency with cost effective manner by new technology study and utilization.

? Contractor management for 3rd party sub-contractor including site HSSE, construction quality, schedule management.

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree in mechanic, electrical engineering or related disciplines.

? More than 8 years of project management experience in plant or plant equipment maintenance, filling line equipment maintenance or similar.

? Willing to learn and show initiatives for self-improvements.

? Fluent English ability in reading, writing and speaking.

? Logical thinking, highly organized and problem solving ability.

? Skilful at project management.

? Familiarity with industrial and Chinese national codes and standards.

? Familiar regulations, GB/API /ASME related rules and standards and with ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 ISO14001 system is plus
