Job Description
- Manage the Hotel’s Energy Management Systems
- Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to find efficiencies between maintenance and housekeeping to exceed guest and employee expectations
- Lead and support a diverse team in the operation and maintenance of the Hotel
- Execute the Preventative Maintenance Program for guestrooms, public areas and safety systems to facilitate a building that is remains in “pristine” condition
- Liaise with the Rooms Division and Food & Beverage and other related departments to coordinate guest services and resolve emerging issues promptly
- Ensure the effective utilization and productivity of all employees including staff planning, recruiting and training and development,
- Support as per the plan the following key initiatives for Fairmont Jaipur
- Environmental committee and implement environmental initiatives across the hotel to support a sustainable environment
- Emergency Response Team and liaison with the local Fire Department
- Health & Safety Committee
