Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- SG24 Engineering Supervisor (NPI & Current Products) for CAT Paving Products.
- Supervise a gp of 5 to 6 engineers.
- Location - Xuzhou - CPPX.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- To provide supervision and technical direction to a staff of Engineers and support personnel engaged in product/process design, development or research activities which accomplish product maintenance, and new product introduction objectives.
- Facilitate and supervise a work group of engineers to support the product consistence globally and in local manufacture facility to meet the goals of PQVC.
- Guide and facilitate the development of a work group to develop collaborative relationships among themselves, as well as with customers, suppliers and other functional groups to ensure goals are achieved.
- Communicate business strategy, goals and direction.
- Continuous development of individuals and the organization.
- Manage team’s budget on cost, manage local R&D cost.
- Mentor and coach work group .
- Create and maintain an organizational climate / culture which encourages innovation, collaboration, excitement / commitment and a sense of urgency towards business success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering curriculum
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven team leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
Top Candidates will also have:
* 5 years minimum of progressively responsible Design Engineering job related experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience in NPI, CPI lead role
* BB training
* Paving Industry experience will be a plus .
