  • Description of the Position :
    • The Global Intrinsic Reliability (iRel) Group is responsible for intrinsic reliability qualification and de-risking of all ADI technologies. While the group is spread across three sites based in ADSV, ADWL and ADLK, the combined lab capabilities are contained in a virtual LABshare environment through which projects are planned and executed. As an electrical engineering technician in semiconductor IC reliability engineering, the successful candidate will work closely with the Intrinsic Reliability Engineers to operate a reliability engineering lab based in ADSV, assist engineers in setting up and conducting electrical engineering experiments and coordinating with external assembly vendors to get experimental samples assembled.  This person will also acquire experiment data and do some basic data analysis. The Engineering Technician is also responsible for up-keep of the systems e.g. working with third party vendors on maintaining and upgrading systems, performing a low level of maintenance locally, and drive any new test system development or procurement
  • Requirements/Qualifications for the position
    • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or other technical disciplines.
    • Working knowledge in basic electrical engineering
    • Ability to use electrical tools and to learn new skills of using new electrical equipment
    • Experience in the electronics industry
    • Excellent communication skills and people skills
    • Basic experience with MS office tools
