Job Description
- Be responsible for Engineering operation and strictly follow the company standard. Be on duty in accordance with rules and regulations of Equipment Room and make sure all equipment/facilities and system are operating in safe condition.
严格按照工程运营操作规程，负责工程相关设备的运行监护，严守机房的值班、交接班和人员进出的有关规定，杜绝闲杂人员进入机房，确保所有设备的安全运行。
- Conduct daily Preventive and Maintenance to Engineering equipment and system according to process.
按照工程设备维修保养规程，进行日常维护和例行保养
- Make regular round for meters, take meter reading and relevant record carefully.
坚守岗位，定期巡视检查配电运行仪表，认真抄录填写各种报表和运行记录.
- Strictly conduct Preventive and Maintenance to make sure the normal operation of all equipment. Keep a tidy and clean equipment room.
严格执行设备维保制度，保证设备，机房及工作场地干净整齐。
- Be responsible for safety of the all facilities including the doors, windows and fire control facilities, etc. Make sure no creature such as mouse in the equipment room.
负责做好机房、设备间的安全防范措施，如门、窗、消防器材等，同时做好防范小动物的工作，确保安全运行。
- Be responsible for normal operation of all meters and tool. No combustible and explosive articles in distribution room.
负责保管好机房、设备间的日用仪器、仪表和各类工具，做到器具准确，完好，取用方便。严禁将易燃易爆等危险品带入相关的范围。
- Other relevant issues.

- Be familiar and understanding about Four Seasons residential services. Understand and be well informed and competent about any AC, Plumbing HV related system along with other relevant equipment.
掌握系统及设备的结构和功用，并具有较强的实际操作能力。熟悉掌握公寓对住客服务的要求，以及各类工程系统及设备的基础知识。
- Be familiar and understanding about Four Seasons residential service. Understand and be acknowledged in AC and plumbing system and other relevant equipments. Be of good practical ability of AC.
熟悉掌握公寓对住客服务的要求，以及水暖空调系统、给排水系统和辅件的基础知识。掌握水暖空调系统及设备、一般水力机械、各种阀门等的结构和功用，并具有较强的实际操作能力。
- Be responsible for following up all Engineering related issues in residences
负责公寓各种相关工程事项的跟进及技术支持。
- Follow the guidelines given by the leadership team. Offer support to recovery on any Engineering related issues and provide assistance to in-unit defect recovery when appointed by the managers.
跟进上级相关要求，对公寓工程设备提供故障维修。根据实际需要，对住户单位设备故障进行修复。
- With guidance of Engineering supervisor, be responsible for daily preventive and maintenance for residential public area equipment and facilities.
于工程主管带领下，负责公寓公共区域的设备维修及日常保养。
- Accomplish daily maintenance orders timely, record all the tasks and offer feedback to Supervisors.
每天对报修项目进行维修，并做好记录，对暂时无法解决的问题做好记录，并告知值班主管。
- Strictly conduct Preventive and Maintenance to make sure the normal operation of all Engineering equipment. Keep a tidy and clean equipment room.
严格执行设备维保制度，保证设备，机房及工作场地干净整齐。
