Eaton has a new opening our Early Talent Graduate Leadership Development Program in ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY. Location: Bonn, Germany (first year) Program Overview: The Eaton Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a two-year program that involves two unique, 12-month assignments across different business and 2 different countries and Eaton locations. Two assignments are in Engineering area. The main job role will be in product development for high voltage power distribution and protection specifically for the Breaktor circuit protection. • This position will start in the Electrical sector, in the Engineering Team in Bonn. • The program is planned to start beginning of September 2023. After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths within the engineering function. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (electrical/electronic engineering, power electronics, system engineering) with a graduation date no later than August 2023 • Work or internship experience is a plus (min 1 year max 3 years of experience) in high voltage/electrical/electronics field • Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company • Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community • Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results • Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
