As an Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for: Planning and overseeing the daily operations of the Engineering and Continuous Improvement Department to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. This includes continuously improving LEAN and continuous improvement practices to be best in Industry, organizing and overseeing the schedules and work of assigned staff, maintaining regular performance discussions with employees, and handling discipline of employees as needed in accordance with Company policy.
