As an Engineering and Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for: Planning and overseeing the daily operations of the Engineering and Continuous Improvement Department to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. This includes continuously improving LEAN and continuous improvement practices to be best in Industry, organizing and overseeing the schedules and work of assigned staff, maintaining regular performance discussions with employees, and handling discipline of employees as needed in accordance with Company policy. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers You have demonstrated knowledge of LEAN and continuous improvement practices You have knowledge and experience with labor management, engineered labor standards and managing to performance standards You have experience working and collaborating with other departments, such as Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Facilities, Quality and EHS to ensure successful operations You have experience planning departmental budgets and monitoring of budget adherence You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) You have very good presentation skills and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation Required skills to have for the success of this role BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Typically 3-5 years of successful experience in Inventory Management.
