• sample check, test and evaluate in usability and safety

• solve problems in production to improve the quality and increase the output.

• failure analysis and search solutions in construction/material/workmanship for all testing failures

• master project kickoff meeting.

• coordinate with different parties in quality improvements and project schedule boosting.

• communicate with German buyer for problem solving.

• daily QC management and task distribution.

• daily QC inspection monitor and results review

Requirements,

• college or above

• very familiar with SDA product and consumer electronics.

• at least 15years engineering or quality experience (10years in supervisor/manager position) for electronics/electrical appliances.

• fluent English in writing and reading.

• good communication and reporting skills

• good computer MS office skills

• aggressive and strong capability to solve problems.

• hardworking

• travel to factories frequently
