Company Overview:

We are an international media company dedicated to TikTok live streaming and financial education. Our content combines real financial insight with audience-friendly delivery, helping build meaningful engagement across global platforms. As our business grows, we are seeking Mandarin-speaking talents with overseas education and trading experience to join our live host team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Host Financial Live Streams in English:
- Lead live TikTok sessions in fluent English focused on financial literacy and trading
- Engage actively with viewers, respond to comments, and encourage community growth
- Convert viewers into group members, followers, and platform users

2. Collaborate on Content Development:
- Participate in internal training and video content recording
- Support strategic planning of audience engagement and stream topics

3. Working Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (8 hours/day)
- Daily live stream: typically 3–4 hours, depending on market schedule
- Additional availability required during training or production phases

Job Requirements:

- Must be a native Mandarin speaker of Chinese descent (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.)
- Must have studied abroad in the UK, USA, Singapore, or Japan (undergraduate or above)
- Must have real financial trading experience (e.g., forex, stocks, crypto)
- Fluent English with clear pronunciation and neutral or light accent
- Confident, charismatic, and experienced with on-camera performance
- Prior experience in live streaming or digital content creation is a plus
- Proactive, responsive, and comfortable handling live audience dynamics

Compensation & Benefits:

- No salary deduction during probation
- Additional commission based on referral-generated trading activity (transaction-based revenue share)
