We are a rapidly growing social media company focused on TikTok live streaming and financial education content. Our goal is to create high-quality, engaging, and informative broadcasts that connect with a global audience. As part of our international expansion, we are looking for UK nationals with proven financial trading experience to join our team as TikTok live stream hosts.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Host Live Streaming Sessions on TikTok:
- Deliver dynamic and informative live streams in English focused on financial literacy and trading topics
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and fostering a strong community
- Encourage viewer participation and guide them toward future sessions and private group engagement

2. Engage and Grow the Audience:
- Develop creative engagement strategies to grow followers and encourage viewer loyalty
- Monitor feedback and continuously improve the live content experience

3. Participate in Training and Content Production:
- Join regular training programmes and contribute to pre-recorded content creation
- Be prepared for extended hours during the training and filming periods

4. Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
- Daily live streaming typically lasts 3–4 hours, with schedule aligned to market activity
- Additional hours expected during onboarding, training, and recording phases

Job Requirements:

- UK nationality required (other nationalities will be posted separately)
- Native English speaker with confident, charismatic on-camera presence
- Personal experience in financial trading is required (including forex, stocks, crypto, etc.)
- Prior live streaming or content creation experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with TikTok trends and platform dynamics is beneficial
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing live interactions independently

Compensation & Benefits:

- No pay reduction during the probation period
- Additional commission based on referral-generated trading activity (revenue share from transaction fees)
