Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's TikTok overseas live broadcasts in English.
2. Actively interact with the audience, possessing good logical thinking and response abilities to address viewer questions, guide viewers into the live broadcast and private groups, and enhance fan engagement.
3. Improvise during the live broadcast to energize fans, increase their activity, and ensure the heat of the live session.
4. Convert precise fans and be adept at summarizing shortcomings in the live broadcast and implementing improvements.
5. Focus on sharing financial literacy knowledge during e-commerce platform live sessions, with a minimum live broadcast duration of 3 hours daily, scheduled from 8 PM to 11 PM, full-time.

Job Requirements:

1. Cultured and polite; excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (candidates with strong spoken interaction skills may have lower requirements).
2. Confident and cheerful, skilled in verbal expression and personal presentation, possessing talents, and with an active and interactive mindset, able to perform comfortably in front of the camera.
3. Capable of independently hosting live programs, energizing the content on live platforms, and planning live programs and activities.
4. Strong comprehension and communication skills, proactive in job searching, able to think independently, identify, and solve problems.
5. Preference for candidates willing to undergo training in financial literacy knowledge; also open to hardworking and dedicated newcomers.
