Candidate requirements
Our English Content Writer for Customer Service will directly assist and provide support to our Customer Service Consultant. The successful candidate will update and complete communication templates, along with knowledge base articles across multiple websites. The candidate will also review and update existing written content, customer service related documents and other associated tasks.Finally the candidate will also assist and take part in reviewing, evaluating and improving the Customer Service replies of Customer Service staff. This is a full time office job.
oNative English Speaker – ideally an International Business, Communications or English major.
oStrong English writing abilities – native level English is required
oCustomer-orientated with a friendly, patient and positive character
oHighly organized and efficient in managing, prioritizing and completing workload to high standard on time
oOutstanding communication skills, especially in written format
oProficient in the use of MS Office package
oExcellent typing skills, both speed and accuracy
oOpen-minded and willing to learn and succeed in a Chinese working environment comprising both Chinese and Western staff
oMinimum of 2 years of work experience in China in one or more: Customer Service, Key Accounts, Copywriting, or Social Media Management,Translation (written), Teaching (work examples may be requested)
oBeing fluent in a second language – European language would be a plus, but not essential
Main responsibilities and tasks
oCreating and updating relevant FAQ and knowledge base content for our customers
oWriting professional email templates for our extensive and growing range of websites
oAssisting, reporting problems to, and offering constructive suggestions to the Foreign CS Consultant
oReviewing, monitoring and reporting on the quality of communication between Customer Service Representatives and customers on diverse range of forums, Facebook pages, Livechat and other key CRM channels
oAny other tasks requested by Foreign CS Consultant or management
