Job Responsibilities:
1、Develop new courses. Generate high quality course materials including presentation slides, worksheets and quizzes in alignment with the course’s learning outcomes. Revise and improve course contents regularly.
2、Proofread. Proofread and give advice on course materials generated by other team members.
3、Complete tasks independently or as part of a team within set deadlines.
4、Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
1、Native English-speaker. Excellent English pronunciation and grammar.
2、College or university degree (related to education, English language, or Literature.)
3、At least 2 years of related work experience as a course developer or English teacher in an education-based company or school.
4、Able to work on-site in Beijing, be eligible for a Z-visa
5、Experience in developing long-term projects and maintaining high standards under pressure.
6、Extremely organized and self-motivated with ability to work independently AND effective communication and cooperation skills to work in a team.
7、Good computer skills. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign)

Preference:
1、Knowledge and understanding of K-12 English education.
2、TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification and EFL skills/experience
