Job Description

With a team of more than 150 people in our offices in Changsha, Shenzhen, Tokyo and San Jose we think global and act local.

Be a problem solver and mentor. We’re looking for someone who loves to advise customers on issues with our products and to turn their feedback into suggestions that will help us to improve the quality of our products.
As a mentor you will also advise the customer service team directly, increasing their cultural and linguistic expertise.

Job Description
- Help customers to solve product issues via email.
- Give language and cultural trainings to the customer service team.
- Advise on how to improve products based on customer's feedback.
- Work in a transparent environment on a legal working visa with a young and dynamic team and experience China outside the international bubble.

Job Requirements
- Able to understand problems from a customer's perspective.
- Calm and balanced personality with the ability to solve problems directly.
- Bachelor degree. Prior experience in working in a customer service role.
- Good Chinese language skills. Native English speaker.
