- Help customers to solve product issues via email.
- Give language and cultural trainings to the customer service team.
- Advise on how to improve products based on customer's feedback.
- Work in a transparent environment on a legal working visa with a young and dynamic team and experience China outside the international bubble.

Job Requirements
- Able to understand problems from a customer's perspective.
- Calm and balanced personality with the ability to solve problems directly.
- Bachelor degree. Prior experience in working in a customer service role.
- Good Chinese language skills. Native English speaker.
