Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the editorial of general publications, web content and other marketing collaterals, (such as daily financial news, market research reports, etc.) and possess the ability to inject flair and flavour into your work.
• A fast writer, highly organised, with an inherent ability to spot a story and a good sense of story structure.
• A self-starter, able to deliver consistently to very high standards without supervision.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
• Degree in English/ Translation/ Communications or related disciplines
• Research and/or editorial knowledge
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Experienced in translation (Chinese to English), or worked in financial media industry will be a definite advantage
• Web searching skills; tenacity and ingenuity in the pursuit of sources
• An editor's eye for details with strong sub-editing and proof-reading skills
• Ability to handle large volumes of information
• Keyboard skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Well organised, meticulous and with strong initiative
• Possess good project management skills
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task, manage various projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team
