Job Description
INTRODUCTION
At face value, our salary is lower than what's offered by legitimate training schools in the megalopolises of China, but what you gain by choosing us outweighs the purported bling and glitz of big city life. We're close enough to Nanjing and Shanghai to allow day trips but far enough away that we have none of their drama! Your apartment and our school are located in the same community. You can roll out of bed, walk five minutes down the street through our doors, get a free cup of coffee at our adjacent cafe (yes, we also have a cafe), work out at our gym (yes, we also provide a gym), and spend the rest of the day singing songs, playing games, doing arts and crafts, and much more to help children become better selves. When you look at our benefits, you will see we offer a lot more than a monthly salary. We offer a community where you can grow as a teacher, make friends, learn Chinese, and see more of China, all at negligible cost to you. Nothing like the hustle and bustle of life in a huge city where commutes shave two hours off your day and years off your life (thanks, smog!), and eating out or a night on the town sweeps away a tenth of your paycheck. Just something to consider when you choose your next adventure. Check out what it's like at our school, what we require, and what we offer. If you're interested, send us a message. We'd love to have you on board.
