Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and rigorous ELA lessons for secondary school students

Develop students' skills in critical reading, analytical writing, creative expression, and effective communication.

Teach a curriculum that includes a diverse range of literature, non-fiction texts, and grammar.

Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments.

Create a positive, respectful, and supportive classroom culture that encourages student participation and inquiry.

Collaborate with colleagues within the ELA department and across other disciplines.

Participate in school-wide events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a closely related field (Master’s degree preferred).

A valid teaching credential/certification required.

Minimum of 3 years of full-time classroom teaching experience in ELA.

Strong understanding of contemporary teaching methodologies and curriculum development.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
