Teaching Overview:

As an English Language Arts teacher, you build upon this foundation of language and social science skills and knowledge, covering topics such as the writing process, grammar, reading comprehension, and literary and rhetorical devices. You also collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary lessons incorporating other subjects such as drama or history

You will also:
• Foster meaningful relationships with each student to ensure a personalized and successful learning trajectory
• Guide students in pursuing academic achievement, personal responsibility, and intellect
• Pursue continuous professional growth by participating in ongoing professional development, collaborating with colleagues, and staying informed on the latest educational techniques and best practices in your field

Qualification:
• A Bachelor’s degree in the teaching subject or related field
o Master’s or higher is preferred
• A minimum of two years teaching experience as the lead teacher in a classroom
• An eagerness and willingness to collaborate with and elevate teaching colleagues
