Description:
-Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency
- Manage reception area,welcome visitors or guests and transfer to the proper internal parties.
- Arrange meeting room and company cars.
- Responsible for handing out stationery, relative documents, sending and dispatching outgoing mails/letters for office staff.
- Office assets maintanance,e.g.telephones, Fax, Printers, water fountain ,etc.
- Supervise food/water/car/security/plant supplies and keep record.
- Keep record of and deliver mails/packages.
- Receive fax and forward to certain receivers, also file related documents.
- Ensure the office cleanness and tidiness.
- Assume some security guard access control by verifying employee identification, issuing visitor passes, and by observing and reporting any unusual or suspicious persons or activities.
- Coordinate all staff's travel issues.
- Help with paper works for HR and Admin department.
- Others duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
A.Female would be preferred.
B.No more than 30 years old.
