Job Description
陪同客户察看项目/楼盘情况
就租金、租期等进行协商
深入了解项目情况,向客户传达准确信息,妥善处理相关事务
协助准备租赁协议、意向书、服务费确认协议书等文件
对每笔业务的进展以及潜在客户的开发进行积极跟进
协助发送/接收留言、快递或邮件
其它指派的各项工作

1.Conducts inspections for potential clients.
2.Negotiate for the highest achievable rentals and term.
3.Understands and forwards more complex messages and instructions, and takes action accordingly.
4.Assists with preparation and submission of Tenancy Agreement, LOI, Term Sheet and Commission Letters.
5.Actively follows up with business leads and or referrals produced from either external or internal sources.
6.Receives or sends out messenger/courier items.
7.Performs miscellaneous job duties assigned.
有高档住宅(公寓、别墅)写字楼租赁、销售工作经验一年以上;
具有两年以上的销售工作经验或外企及酒店工作经验者优先;
责任心强,能够承受高负荷的工作压力,具有良好的服务意识;
良好的英语沟通及表达能力,能够适应加班工作;
良好的团队合作意识及吃苦耐劳精神;
品德正直高尚,形象气质佳,年龄在22岁以上。
Favored applicants will have:
1.At least 1 year experience in leasing top grade apartments and villas.
2.Priority: two years working experience in sales or Hotels.
Responsible, can handle the hard work, have much conception in services.
3.Must have strong ability that communicate in Mandarin and English, accept over-time work.
4.Enthusiastic team works with excellent organizational and client communication skills.
5.Straight and honesty, good looking, at least 22years old.
