Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm, 12-16 class hours per week, 50 minutes per class hour;

Job Description

1.Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
2.Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
3.Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
4.Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
5.Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
6.Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
7.Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

1.Native English speaker;
2.Bachelor's degree or above, with Teacher’s Certification or Degree in Education (preferred, but not necessary);
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Minimum 2 years of previous university teaching experience;
6.Teaching certificate preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 15,000 to 25,000 RMB before tax per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.On site accommodation or 1,500 RMB housing allowance per month provided;
3.Food allowance: 200 RMB on campus;
4.Work visa provided;
5.Medical insurance provided;
6.Flight reimbursement 10,000 RMB available per academic year;
7.Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays
- Full paid 5-6 weeks Winter holiday
