Main Responsibilities:
1. Check library reservation list and arrival sheet updated
2. Charge iPads and check connectivity to internet source and printers
3. Keep display areas tidy and organized
4. Enforce rules and ‘culture of English’ in the library
5. Greet and guide students to the appropriate reading level
6. Monitor student progress utilizing data analysis
7. Interview students and assess their interview performance
8. Assist students in following library flow
9. Conduct student placement testing for incoming students
10.Inductions (three to four days of guidance for each new student)
11.Write student assessment reports
12.Assist in marketing activities and promotions

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree required - Education and English preferred
2. TEFL/ TESOL or Over 2 years of postgraduate work experience (experience with children preferred)
3. Native English speaker or equivalent English proficiency preferred
4. Applicants already in China preferred
