Job Description
Library Coaches need to assist in all aspects of Elan’s guided reading program. For each library session a student will read books at their assigned level, complete comprehension quizzes on an iPad, have a ten minute interview with the coach about the material that they have read, and write a book report that must be proofread by the coach. Coaches must always provide a positive and supportive environment for the students, monitor student progress closely, and maintain a professional relationship with parents and other staff members. The Library Coach will be required to work 5 days per week (three weekdays and Sat/Sun) Coaches will also play a significant role in the marketing activities run by the center.
Qualifications: •
Bachelor's Degree required - Education and English preferred •
Over 1 year of work experience (experience with children preferred) •
English Native speaker: UK, USA, NZ, AUST, Canada, Ireland
TEFL/TESL/TESOL certification
Start time : in one month or in half year
Openings : 9
Basic Salary: (10000-15000 RMB), based on experience
Teaching conditions and benefits:
 Working hours: 40 hours per week with 2 days off on weekdays
 Week day schedule 11am-8pm（1hour for lunch）
 Weekend schedule 9am-6pm （1hour for lunch）
 Summer and winter schedule will arranged by Center manager accordingly
 8000 RMB flight reimbursement (direction to home country)
 Descritional bonus based on annual performance
 12 months health and accident insurance for a one-year contract
 10000 start-up loan for accommodation
 Teachers have to provide their passport and accommodation contract as a guarantee until the loan is paid back in three month.
