1. Position: English Teacher & Library Coach

English Teacher:
Be familiar with all aspects of the curriculum, the lesson flows, and the quiz schedules
Complete mid-term and end of term assessments that are personalized and constructive
Deliver high quality literature, writing, and phonics courses to students including assigned quizzes
Issue and explain homework assignments to students and parents
Mark all tasks that students complete in class and for homework and fill out post-class comments

Library Coach:
Monitor student progress utilizing data analysis •
Be familiar with the curriculum in order to make suggestions for student placement •
Write student assessment reports with strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations
Motivate the students and foster a love for literature and writing

Salary: 14,000-22,000 CNY (depends on experience and background)

4. Requirements:
Native English speakers or Non Native speakers who have a BA degree from a Native English speaking country (to meet the government’s working visa application requirements)
Previous teaching experience with kids will be considered a plus
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as being able to work independently
Love reading and children

5. Working Hours: 5 days a week, 2 days off on weekdays
