Job Responsibilities

Teach English Literature, General English, and English Reading to children aged 3–15.

Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.

Assess students’ progress and provide feedback.

Create a positive, fun, and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Communicate with parents and staff when needed.

Participate in orientation, pre-job training, ongoing training, and academic support.

Join team-building activities, parties, Chinese culture forums, and traditional holiday events.

Requirements

Professional English teaching experience.

Native-level English proficiency is required. Native English speakers are preferred; experienced non-native speakers with near-native fluency and strong teaching ability are also welcome.

Passion for working with children.

Ability to create a positive and fun atmosphere.

Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.

TEFL / TESOL / CELTA or equivalent preferred.

Able to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Meets China work visa requirements.

Working Hours

Weekdays: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Off on Tuesdays & Wednesdays / Wednesdays & Thursdays
