Job responsibilities :

1.Assist Marketing manager & team with new marketing strategy ideas
2.Come up with ideas and assist with writing promotional content, articles and weekly newsletter material
3.Update and look after company social media accounts (Facebook/Linkedin)
4. Research and compile property market reports
5.Arrange events and connect with the expat community
6.Occasionally assist sales with expat clients searching for housing.

Qualifications and Skills：
1.Ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline.
2.Detail oriented, possess strong communication and organizational skills.
3.Understanding of Chinese business environment preferred 
4.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5.Good command of both spoken and written English, native English speaker is preferred.
6.Having Chinese student visa is perferred.

Allowance:100RMB per day
