● 主要工作時間在學生放學後，負責功課輔導等；

● 導師需具備優秀英文能力，若兼導理科能力優先考慮；

● 為學生制定教學計劃和個性化課程；

● 能夠全英或部分英文上堂；

● 擁有創新、獨特的個人風格及教學技巧；

● 與家長溝通，定期反饋學生的學習情況；

● 參加學術團隊會議並參加內部TESOL培訓；

● 持有與所教科目相關學歷優先考慮；

● 持有教育文憑或有教學經驗的優先考慮。

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for the following:

• Full time middle school teacher , living on campus, in charge of dorm keeping and homework tutoring 

• preparing students for interviews and tests for entrance to international school;

• developing and delivering individualised curricula;

• communicating with parents to discuss the students’ development;

• monitoring students’ learning progress and reporting any issues to the Academic Team;

• participating in the Academic Team meetings and attending internal TESOL training; and

• any other relevant tasks

Requirements:

• You should be passionate about education and able to interact professionally with students and parents;

• You should be comfortable with delivering lessons in full English or partly;

• You should hold an undergraduate degree (or above) relevant to the subject you teach; 

• You will strive for innovation in teaching style and techniques; And you will need to attend teacher training courses;

• Those with a diploma in education or TESOL qualifications AND teaching experience are preferred.
