Job Responsibilities
Conduct full English immersion Montessori courses for kids aged 2-6, guide children to operate Montessori sensory and daily living teaching aids.
Host English picture book reading, kids songs, outdoor English interactive games and daily oral training.
Collaborate with Chinese Montessori teachers to arrange daily English themed activities, maintain a native English classroom atmosphere.
Observe children’s learning status and communicate teaching feedback with the team on time.
Strictly abide by kindergarten safety management regulations and take charge of children’s safety during working hours.
Mandatory Job Requirements
Hold a valid Chinese Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)；no Z visa candidates will be considered temporarily.
Available to start work immediately within the same day or next day, currently residing in Beijing.
Native English speaker from US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand with standard pronunciation.
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 120-hour TEFL/TESOL teaching certificate.
Provide authenticated home-country clean non-criminal record and valid physical examination report for preschool industry.
Minimum 1 year preschool teaching experience; candidates with AMI/AMS Montessori certificate are prioritized.
Outgoing, patient, good at communicating with young children, familiar with child-centered Montessori education concepts.
Salary & Benefits
Daily pay: RMB 900 – 1400, settlement available daily or weekly.
We hold official qualification to hire foreign teachers, complete legal temporary part-time filing for you.
Working lunch and drinking water provided free on working days.
Short-term emergency replacement position, flexible working period negotiated by both sides.
