About Starsplendor Foreign Language School
Starsplendor Foreign Language School is an English training center located in Jinzhou city, Liaoning Province, China and been operational for the past 13 years. At the moment, we have more than 2500 students with four branches and need native English teachers to help enhance their speaking abilities. Students, parents and teachers all work as a family, mutual understanding and creating a conducive environment for studies and we welcome all those who want to join the Star splendor’s family.
Full Time Compensation
1. Monthly salary RMB 8000
2. A well furnished free apartment with private bedroom, kitchen, toilet, living room,heating system, air condition, refrigerator,washing machine, TV, Internet,quilt and almost everything you need to make life comfortable;
Airfare 6000 Yuan for one year,
Free traveling within the city, Free working visa;
We also cover your medical coverage, water and electricity bills.
3. 10 sick days per calendar year
4. 30 days paid vacation per calendar year (15 days for summer vacation and 15 days for winter vacation)
5. RMB500 bonuses at the end of a year contract based on conduct, reputation and class attendance.
6. 100yuan per hour for extra classes.
Work Location
NO.6, Section 4, HePing Rd, LingHe District, JinZhou City, Liaoning Province, China.
Position Overview
This is a full time position with three days off per week. 40 hours per week. 25 of these hours are spent teaching, while 15 are used for planning the lessons.
Required Qualifications

3. Ability to command the attention of all students in an engaging manner
4. Flexible to change
5. Strong spoken and written communication and organizational skills
6. Ability to relocate to China for one year contract
7. The range of age is between 19 and 50
General Duties and Responsibilities
1. Observe work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts and accept reasonable arrangement, direction, supervision and evaluation. Without permission, do not render service elsewhere or hold concurrently any post unrelated to the contract.
2. Complete the tasks agreed on schedule and guarantee the quality of work.
3. Respect Chinese religious policy, and shall not conduct religious propaganda or other activities incompatible with the status of an expert.
4. In order to ensure the quality of teaching, verify and eventually confirm what will be the current class with your teaching assistant at weekly meeting.
5. Restricted by the students’ class time, take class as scheduled. If not, apply to us 2 to 5 days before, so that we would have enough time to make an adjustment in advance.
