JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: On-line English Language Arts Teacher
Section: Elementary School
The ELA teacher is responsible for implementing on-line lessons based on the CCSS.

SPECIFICATIONS The successful applicant is expected to have the following skills, abilities, knowledge and experience:
1.Requirements
American nationality
Standard American accent
Bachelor’s degree or above
2.Qualifications
Qualification in the teaching of ELA
3.Experience
Successful experience as an ELA teacher (TESOL/TEFL preferred)
4.Knowledge
A sound understanding of contemporary teaching and learning theories and practices related to ELA
A strong knowledge of differentiation strategies
5.Personal Skills and Abilities
Skills in working with a range of students of different abilities and backgrounds
Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff, students and parents
Ability to deliver lessons according to the curriculum and students’ needs
Consistent positive attitude, perfect punctuality, and great work ethic.

We have two types of position.First is fulltime teacher work from9:30am to18:30pm or 1pm to 9pmBeijingtime, and the payment is 15000~20000Rmb/month. The job duty is giving class online and helping other teachers to make teaching materials.If you want to travel in china thats a good choice. Anther posotion is partime teacher. The payment for parttime teacher is 35usd/hr
