Job Description:
Teching Style: Montessori
Working Schedule: 8:00am- 5:00pm, Mon- Fri;
Age of kids: 1.5-3; 3-6
Location: Etonkids Jingdong Campus(Yizhuang, Daxing District, Beijing)

1. Curriculum:
a) demonstrate the use of proven, research-based strategies for effective classroom management, lesson planning, active learning
b) Make links to assessment, and use various teaching strategies, incorporate appropriate groupings to encourage personalised learning.
2. Assessment and Reporting
a) assess student progress on a regular and frequent basis using a variety of assessment strategies
b) use assessment data to plan and modify the instructional program and maintain appropriate written record
3. Establish Classroom Management
a) establish and adhere to classroom values, high expectations and behaviour management strategies
b) facilitate positive student involvement and participation
c) ensure that the physical education program is well suited to the school’s specific needs, challenges, and opportunities.
4. Provide Extra-Curricular Activity
a) Contribute to the school's extra-curricular program (ECA program)
b) Assist in marketing presentations and attend weekend events throughout the year when required. Advance notice to be given through yearly calendar.
