1. Responsible for English teaching of students aged 3-16, developing curriculum, teaching plans and materials to ensure teaching quality;
2. Mastering teaching key point, teaching goal, efficient to carry out the routine teaching work;
3. Interview: Interview and place students via English level test;
4. Intensive reading and writing: select suitable reading materials for different student levels.Motivate the students and foster a love for literature and writing, guide students to continue writing stories and rewrite stories, and cultivate students' imagination ability, innovative thinking and critical thinking;
5. Creative Activities:Guide the students to reproduce the content of the story vividly by drawing, handwork, pasting, splicing, etc;
6. Group Discussion: Encouraging students sharing and discussing reading thoughts;
7. Actively participate in training, teaching and research, meetings and other activities;
8. Make an inviting environment for students by hosting regular themed corners, decorating and other appropriate displays;
9. Assist in marketing activities and promotions, conduct library trials and English level test for new student;
10. Keep the display areas tidy and organized and guide the students to do the same;
11. Administer, correct and record the results of quizzes, book reports and interviews;
12. Discuss student progress and strategies with Head Teacher and do daily communication with Parents.
