1.Work with kids around 2-6 years old as room teacher
2.Work on curriculum development, which includes preparing effective diverse lesson units based on the kindergarten’s curriculum formats
3.Deliver the physical education for outdoor activities as well as the theme teaching
4.According to the teaching content, the situation and the students personal needs, carefully design good teaching procedures to ensure effective teaching results.
5. Participate responsibility with the Foreign teacher and English teaching department to create daily, monthly and semester teaching plan.
6. Participate with the kids daily life and guide their daily life
7. Promote our school values of Virtue Education, Confidence, Health and Positive Attitude
8.Hold the important or promotional events for school such as Children’s day.
9. Serve as a substitute teacher when needed
10.Assist with additional duties as assigned
11. Preferred teachers have montessori teaching experience
