Job Duties:

• Supervise sales team that contacts customers in China and Abroad
• Negotiate with customers and help sales staff close deals
• Closing deals
• Implement company rules to the employees
• Follow up with employees and their schedule

Requirements:

• Good Speaking English
• Good communications skills
• Experiacnce in Management in Telemarketing or Inside Sales Office
