1. Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand is preferred;
2. Must have good communication skills and be patient, responsible and professional;
3. To teach classes as scheduled;
4. To accustom kids(3-17 years old) to western teaching methodology and improve their performance in English;
5. To prepare and have lessons as instructed with the detailed teaching guidance from our company;
6. To interact with kids individually and in groups through diverse and interesting teaching methods such as games, songs, drawings,stories,TPR etc;
7. Participating in teaching and marketing activities, such as demo lesson, Halloween party,etc;
8. Be interested in teaching with a good sense of humor and passion;
9. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and open mind to multicultural environment.

1. Flexible working time as full time teacher （salary ranges from 13000 RMB---23000 RMB per month);

2. Attractive payment for part time teacher as well (salary ranges from 150 RMB--- 300 RMB per hour———depending on qualifications and experience）；
